Total Knee replacement surgery tookplace of my mother in IBS hospital. Very very co operative staff and team of docters , they treat patients with well beings , well hygiene maintained, nursing staff too much co operative that patient feels like home. Thanks alot IBS managment and Doctor Pankaj Bajaj sir and his team.

The experience was very good. The whole staff was very cooperative. Doctors are very helpful and even replied every single question asked. In the end wanted to say thanks for the support provided by doctors and the rest of the staff.

My father was treated at IBS by Dr. Dewakar Sharma. The doctor was very nice at explaining the issues and guided us to resolution. I would also like to call out Mrs. Neha Bhatia who was extremely helpful in coordinating the entire process and facilitated everything smoothly.

The lady (manager) at the front office is so arrogant with us. overall experience is very good except with that lady infront office in ibs hospital. Her behavior towards us like as we were taking the facility for free. She has no manners how to talk.This is not acceptable by ibs hospital
