As an Enterprise Account Executive , you’ll take full ownership of the sales cycle—from prospecting and qualifying leads to conducting demos, navigating complex stakeholder environments, negotiating contracts, and closing global deals. You’ll be instrumental in bringing in strategic customers and shaping our enterprise go-to-market strategy. Key Responsibilities Own the entire sales cycle for enterprise deals Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed revenue targets for our SaaS products. Identify, engage, and qualify high-potential leads through outbound efforts and inbound inquiries Conduct solution-driven product demos , presentations, and consultations Collaborate with Pre-Sales, Product, and Delivery teams to create compelling proposals Lead contract negotiations and deal closure , aligning with legal and procurement teams Build and maintain strong relationships with C-level stakeholders Maintain pipeline accuracy and forecasting in CRM tool Share customer insights with Product and Marketing teams for continuous improvement You Might Be a Good Fit If You: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA is a plus). Have 4 –8 years of full-cycle B2B sales experience, ideally in tech/SaaS/IT services in US market Have successfully closed enterprise-level deals and exceeded sales targets Strong understanding of SaaS business models and sales cycles. Are proactive, self-driven, and hungry for ownership and results Have excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills
