Role & responsibilities Assist in defining, tracking, and reporting KPIs for manufacturing operations. Collect and analyze process data to identify trends, bottlenecks, and quality issues. Support ongoing Lean and Six Sigma improvement projects. Help in preparing reports, dashboards, and presentations for leadership reviews. Coordinate with production, maintenance, and quality teams for data gathering and project support. Participate in 5S initiatives and ensure compliance with standard operating procedures. Assist in equipment calibration schedules and maintenance record-keeping. Stay updated on process excellence best practices and contribute ideas for improvements. Preferred candidate profile B.E./B.Tech/Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, Industrial, or Mechanical Engineering. 25 years of experience in manufacturing/production/process improvement. Basic understanding of Lean/Kaizen/Six Sigma concepts preferred. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and data handling. Good communication and teamwork skills.
