. Identify, document, and develop process improvements for functionality in Identity IQ like access requests for the identity lifecycle including joiner, mover, and leaver processes. 3. Troubleshoot, and resolve SailPoint Identity IQ-related functional and technical issues. 4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve any issues related to SailPoint data administration. 5. Establish and maintain strong communication and collaboration between technical / engineering, functional, and business teams to ensure applications are successfully onboarded to IAM systems. 6. Daily monitoring of tasks and system health to maintain application data and application integrations with SailPoint. 7. Assist in planning, scheduling, and conducting periodic access reviews while working closely with IAM Teams 8. Customize workflows, forms, rules, roles, policies, reports, and certifications. 9. Participate in internal and external audit activities by gathering and/or coordinating deliverables for necessary evidence and review and maintain documentation for future audits. 10. Attend meetings and serves as an IAM liaison to the business units, as requested 11. Experience in implementation, configuration and customization of Identity and Access Management system SailPoint IIQ. 12. Strong experience in integration of enterprise and logical applications through various connectors.
