Job Description

You will be responsible for addressing network/AV/VC related issues such as patching cables from access switches to the correct destination ports and conducting basic troubleshooting on Cisco devices. Additionally, you will be required to report and follow up with the Site Support team regarding any AV/VC related issues. This role involves providing Level 1 (L1) support coverage for various technologies including Cisco, Juniper, passive and active cabling, Cisco bar, Logitech, and more. As a Resident Engineer, you will proactively address AV/VC related issues to ensure smooth operation of the network.,
