Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive based in Nasik but for PAN India basis. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying potential clients, generating leads, managing client relationships, and driving new business development. Key responsibilities also include creating and executing growth strategies, communicating effectively with stakeholders, and ensuring client satisfaction through account management practices. Qualifications Proven skills and experience in New Business Development, including identifying opportunities and expanding the client base. Lead Generation and Account Management experience, with a focus on maintaining fruitful relationships with clients. Strong Business acumen to analyze market trends, develop strategies, and drive organizational growth. Excellent Communication abilities to interact effectively with clients and internal stakeholders. Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. Self-motivated and capable of working independently as well as in a hybrid work environment. Experience in the construction or industrial materials sector is an advantage.
