We are a new pizza startup looking for an experienced Pizza Chef who has previously worked with well-known or top pizza brands. We want someone who not only knows how to make great pizzas but can also help us develop our full menu from scratch . Before hiring, we will require you to complete a Paid trial session where you will prepare pizzas for us. If we like the taste we will discuss further. Key Responsibilities Recipe & Menu Development SOP (Standard Operating Procedure) Creation Help with Kitchen Setup & Operations Requirements Must have experience. Strong understanding of dough science, fermentation, oven handling, and pizza assembly. Experience creating recipes or training staff is a strong advantage. Ability to build systems, not just cook we need someone who can design the entire kitchen process. Willingness to participate in a trial session to demonstrate skills.
