Worst service, staff here doesn't shows any interest in serving you and talks very rudely. I ordered a part for my duke 390 2019 and they made me wait for 60 days and the part is not here now also.

Service is good, but costly labour charges, so i would recommend buy the original parts and get it replaced by local ktm mechanic shop, it will save you some money and in the long run you gonna save a lot..
