Provide exceptional chat support to customers through various platforms (e.g., WhatsApp, Facebook Messenger). Preferred candidate profile Empathetic interpersonal skills: ability to understand diverse perspectives and respond appropriately. Strong time management skills; ability to prioritize tasks efficiently under pressure. Proficiency in using technology for work purposes (e.g., typing speed, computer literacy). Excellent written communication skills in English; ability to communicate clearly via text-based channels. 0-5 years of experience in non-voice process or similar role.
