Role: Job Description: We are hiring an experienced HR Business Partner (HRBP) for our logistics operations in Chanderiya, Rajasthan. The ideal candidate will have 10-12 years of experience in the logistics industry and will be responsible for managing third-party employees, the driver workforce, and contract staffing. Key Responsibilities: Third-Party Employee Management: Oversee the end-to-end HR processes for third-party contract employees and blue-collar workers (drivers in the case of Greenline), ensuring compliance and smooth workforce management. Driver Management: Handle recruitment, onboarding, retention, and engagement strategies for drivers, ensuring operational efficiency. Contract Employee Administration: Manage contractual agreements, payroll coordination, and compliance for third-party labor. Onboarding & Induction: Ensure seamless onboarding for all employees, including documentation, training, and policy familiarization. Employee Engagement & Retention: Implement initiatives to enhance employee satisfaction and reduce attrition. HR Compliance & Policies: Ensure adherence to labor laws and company HR policies for all logistics staff. Grievance Handling: Address employee concerns and foster a positive work environment. Preferred Background: Strong experience in logistics HR with expertise in handling contractual workforce and driver management. Proficiency in labor laws and third-party contract management.
