About the Role

We are looking for two HR Recruiters who can handle the full hiring cycle and also support core HR operations. You will work closely with business teams to close positions quickly and keep employee processes running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition

Understand requirements from hiring managers and create job descriptions
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals and social mediaScreen resumes, conduct telephonic and video screening, and shortlist candidatesSchedule and coordinate interviews, and keep candidates engaged through the processNegotiate offers, roll out offer letters, and follow up until joiningMaintain the tracker and share regular hiring status updates

HR Operations

Run the onboarding process: documentation, joining formalities and induction
Maintain employee records and HRIS dataPrepare employment documents such as offer letters, appointment letters and experience lettersSupport attendance, leave and basic payroll inputsCoordinate background verification and exit formalitiesSupport compliance and day-to-day employee queriesRequirements2–4 years of experience in recruitment with exposure to HR operationsHands-on experience with Naukri and LinkedIn RecruiterStrong communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work to tight deadlines and manage multiple positions at onceWorking knowledge of MS Excel and documentationGraduate or MBA/PGDM in HR preferred

Pay: ₹500,000.00 - ₹650,000.00 per year
