Human Resources Administrator

We are looking for a dedicated and energetic HR Generalist / Manager to oversee our daily human resources operations and help build a high-performing team culture. In this role, you will manage end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, employee relations, payroll administration, and performance management. You will serve as the primary point of contact for employees, ensuring a positive work environment and compliance with company policies.

Key Responsibilities

• Talent Acquisition & Recruitment:
• Draft compelling job descriptions and post open roles on relevant job platforms.
• Screen resumes, conduct initial phone/video interviews, and coordinate final rounds with hiring managers.
• Build a continuous pipeline of candidates for key positions (especially Sales and Operations).
• Onboarding & Offboarding:
• Manage new employee onboarding, including documentation, system access, and welcome orientations.
• Oversee offboarding processes, exit interviews, and final settlements.
• Employee Relations & Culture:
• Act as a trusted advisor to employees and management to address workplace concerns, resolve conflicts, and maintain positive morale.
• Organize team engagement activities, workshops, and recognition programs to build a vibrant company culture.
• Performance & Compensation Management:
• Assist in setting up performance evaluation frameworks, KPI tracking, and regular review cycles.
• Maintain accurate attendance, leave, and payroll processing records.
• HR Compliance & Policy Administration:
• Maintain and update the employee handbook, HR policies, and procedures in compliance with local labor laws.
• Maintain accurate digital employee records and confidential personnel files.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
