Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support strategic employee life cycle activities, learning development and culture-building initiatives.
  • Assist in performance management and talent development processes.
  • Analyze HR metrics and prepare dashboards/reports for business reviews.
  • Partner with stakeholders on employee lifecycle activities and HR projects.
  • Support policy communication, HR interventions, and organizational initiatives.
  • Assist in workforce planning, data management, and process-improvement projects.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

  • MBA (HR) Final Year Students
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and projects.
  • Keen interest in HR business partnering and people practices.
