Job Description

About the Role: We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented HR Executive to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of hands-on experience in an IT company, with strong exposure to recruitment, payroll management , and basic administrative responsibilities . Key Responsibilities: Handle end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and on boarding Manage monthly payroll processing and ensure compliance with statutory regulations Maintain employee records and HR databases with accuracy and confidentiality Assist in the implementation of HR policies and procedures Coordinate and support day-to-day administrative tasks, including attendance, leaves, and office supplies Support employee engagement initiatives and internal communication Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field 2–3 years of relevant experience in the IT industry Solid knowledge of recruitment techniques and payroll systems Familiarity with HRMS software is a plus Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills Why Join Us?
