Human Resource

Experience: 1–3 years (depending on the role)

Key Responsibilities

• Onboarding: Manage joining formalities, document verification, offer letters, and appointment letters.
• Attendance & Leave: Track employee attendance, leave balances, and working hours.
• Payroll Coordination: Coordinate salary processing, payroll inputs, and employee salary queries.
• Employee Relations: Address employee concerns and support employee engagement activities.
• HR Policies: Communicate company policies and ensure compliance with applicable labour laws.
• Exit Formalities: Conduct exit interviews and coordinate full-and-final settlement documentation.
• Performance Management: Assist with performance appraisals and employee development programs.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Knowledge of MS Excel, Word, and HR software.
• Knowledge of Indian labor laws and statutory compliance is an advantage for roles in India.
