Preparing tender documents, including technical and financial proposals. Ensuring compliance with tender requirements, terms, and conditions. Coordination & Documentation Coordinating with internal departments (finance, legal, procurement) to gather necessary documents. Managing tender-related correspondence and documentation. Maintaining records of past tenders and submissions. Market & Competitor Analysis Researching industry trends, competitors, and pricing strategies. Analyzing previous tender outcomes to improve future submissions. Compliance & Risk Assessment Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. Identifying risks in the tendering process and addressing them. Negotiation & Follow-ups Communicating with clients, vendors, and government officials. Following up on submitted tenders and negotiating contract terms. Required Skills ✔ Strong communication & writing skills (for drafting tenders and business communication) ✔ Knowledge of tender portals (like GeM, CPPP, etc.) ✔ Proficiency in MS Office & Excel (for documentation and reports) ✔ Attention to detail (to ensure accurate and compliant tender submissions) ✔ Basic financial understanding (to prepare cost estimates and bids) ✔ Time management & organizational skills (for handling multiple tenders) Eligibility & Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s degree in Commerce, Business Administration, or a related field.
