Adeeba e-Services is a leading International BPO specializing in Inbound tech and website processes. We offer technical assistance round the clock to our customers in the US, Australia, and Canada, employing the best technicians in the field. We are currently seeking individuals for the Inbound tech sales process. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 6 months to 2 years of experience in Outbound tech support within an international BPO setting. As part of our team, you can expect a fixed salary along with high incentives, paid on the 1st of every month. Additionally, there are daily sales incentives and attendance bonuses. Sales performance can result in a monthly hike of 15% to 20%, with loyalty bonuses awarded annually. To be eligible for this position, candidates should have completed at least H.S or hold any Graduation degree. The work shifts are available in both UK and US timings, with 6 working days per week and rotational offs. The working location for this position is in Kolkata, specifically in Sector 5.
