Role & responsibilities

AR Callers (Accounts Receivable Callers)

Follow up with insurance companies on unpaid or denied claims
Analyze EOBs and payer responses
Submit claim corrections and appeals
Identify root causes of denials and underpayments
Maintain accurate documentation in billing systems
Meet productivity and aging targets
