Key Responsibilities: Google Ads (Primary Responsibility) Plan, create, manage, and optimize Google Ads campaigns (Search, Display, Remarketing, Performance Max, YouTube Ads). Conduct in-depth keyword research , audience targeting, and competitor analysis. Write and test high-converting ad copies and extensions. Optimize bids, budgets, Quality Scores, CTR, CPA, and ROAS. Set up and manage conversion tracking , Google Tag Manager, and Google Analytics. Monitor daily performance and provide actionable insights to scale profitable campaigns. Stay updated with Google Ads policy changes and platform updates. SEO (On-Page, Off-Page & Technical) Develop and execute a data-driven SEO strategy to improve organic rankings and traffic. Perform comprehensive SEO audits and implement improvements. Conduct keyword research and search intent analysis. Optimize on-page elements (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, content optimization). Manage technical SEO (site speed, indexing, crawlability, schema, mobile optimization). Plan and execute ethical link-building strategies . Track and report SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, or similar. CRM Management & Automation (HubSpot, monday.com, Zoho, etc.) Set up, customize, and manage CRM systems (HubSpot, monday.com, Zoho, or similar). Design and optimize sales pipelines, deal stages, and workflows . Implement marketing automation , lead scoring, email sequences, and follow-ups. Integrate CRM with Google Ads, landing pages, forms, and third-party tools. Ensure accurate data tracking, segmentation, and reporting. Train internal teams on CRM best practices and usage (if required). Continuously improve CRM efficiency to increase conversion rates and customer retention. Analytics, Reporting & Optimisation Track performance across paid ads, SEO, and CRM funnels. Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with insights and recommendations. Analyze data to identify growth opportunities and bottlenecks. Use metrics such as CAC, LTV, conversion rates, ROAS, and funnel drop-offs to guide decisions. Required Skills & Qualifications Technical & Marketing Skills Expert-level experience in Google Ads (minimum 3–5 years preferred). Strong hands-on SEO experience with proven ranking results. Advanced knowledge of CRM platforms such as HubSpot, monday.com, Zoho , or similar. Experience with marketing automation and lead nurturing workflows. Strong understanding of conversion tracking, analytics, and attribution models.
