We are looking for a dynamic and driven Real Estate Sales Advisor specializing in premium & luxury residential properties in South Bombay . The ideal candidate must have strong experience in HNI/UHNI client handling, excellent negotiation skills, and deep knowledge of SoBo micro-markets. Role & responsibilities Engage with walk-in, inbound, and referral clients for South Bombay residential projects Understand client requirements and recommend suitable projects & configurations Conduct professional project presentations and coordinate site visits Maintain high-quality follow-ups to drive closures Manage end-to-end sales cycle from enquiry to booking Update CRM regularly and maintain accurate lead records Achieve monthly sales targets with consistency Build and maintain strong client relationships (HNI/NRI) Preferred candidate profile 16 years of experience in premium/luxury residential real estate Strong knowledge of South Bombay locations: Worli, Parel, Tardeo, Colaba, Cuffe Parade, Walkeshwar, Byculla, Mahalaxmi, Lalbaug, Wadala, Sion,etc Prior experience with developers or reputed channel partner firms preferred Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills Ability to handle HNI clients professionally Comfortable working on weekends (weekday off) Highly presentable, confident, and target-driven Candidates residing in or near South/Central Mumbai preferred
