Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Tele-Calling Associate, located in Rewa. The Tele-Calling Associate will manage a high volume of outbound and inbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, resolving complaints, and providing information about products and services. They will maintain accurate records of customer interactions and ensure timely follow-up to improve client satisfaction. The role also includes achieving assigned targets and collaborating with the team to enhance overall call quality and customer experience.
