Overview The HR-TA (Talent Acquisition) Franchise Food and Beverages role plays a vital part in the growth and sustainability of our organization within the AdTech sector. As a strategic partner, this position focuses on identifying, attracting, and recruiting top-tier talent in the competitive food and beverage industry. This role not only involves the tactical aspects of recruitment but also requires a deep understanding of market dynamics, emerging trends, and the specific needs of various franchises. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with hiring managers, develop innovative recruitment strategies, and ensure that our talent acquisition efforts align with corporate objectives. Furthermore, this role demands exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, as well as a passion for cultivating a diverse workforce. By ensuring that we attract and retain the best talent in the market, the HR-TA will significantly contribute to our organizations overall effectiveness and innovation in delivering high-quality services and products. Key Responsibilities Develop and implement effective talent acquisition strategies for food and beverage franchises. Conduct market research to identify talent trends and competitor practices. Collaborate with franchise managers to define staffing needs and job descriptions. Screen and shortlist candidates to ensure a solid fit for each franchise. Utilize various recruiting tools and channels, including social media and job boards. Coordinate and facilitate interview processes with candidates and hiring teams. Maintain applicant tracking systems to ensure streamlined recruitment processes. Build and maintain a network of potential candidates through proactive sourcing. Provide guidance and training to franchise teams on recruitment best practices. Monitor recruitment metrics to analyze and improve hiring efficiency. Engage with candidates to ensure a positive candidate experience. Conduct background checks and reference verifications for selected candidates. Participate in employer branding initiatives to attract top talent. Stay updated on industry developments and adjust recruitment strategies accordingly. Develop retention strategies for newly hired franchise staff to minimize turnover. Required Qualifications Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in talent acquisition, preferably within the food and beverage sector. Proven knowledge of recruitment strategies and selection processes. Experience working with franchises or multi-unit organizations. Strong understanding of employment laws and regulations. Exceptional communication and negotiation skills. Adept at utilizing technology and social media in recruitment. Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities. Experience in creating and delivering training for hiring teams. Analytical skills to assess hiring data and identify trends. Ability to build relationships with a diverse range of stakeholders. High level of professionalism and ethical standards. Flexibility to adapt to changing business needs. Experience with applicant tracking systems (ATS). Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
