You will be responsible for maintaining employee records, updating HR databases with new hires, terminations, leaves, and other changes. You will assist in recruitment activities by scheduling interviews, posting job ads, conducting background checks, and communicating with candidates. Acting as the point of contact between HR Manager and staff will also be part of your role. Your duties will include preparing and managing HR paperwork for onboarding, training, terminations, and changes in employment status. You will help organize new employee orientation and onboarding activities, support employee relations, and handle basic disciplinary actions. Coordinating training sessions and employee development activities will be essential, along with preparing reports for management and assisting with HR projects. Additionally, you will be responsible for preparing SOP and other compliance documents for vendor audits. General administrative tasks such as answering phones, scheduling meetings, filing, compiling reports, and managing HR-related correspondence will also be part of your daily responsibilities. Key Skills and Requirements: - Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail - Strong communication and problem-solving skills - Familiarity with HR software (e.g., HRIS/HRMS) and Microsoft Office Suite - Understanding of labor laws and HR best practices - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred - Ability to handle confidential information professionally - Minimum 2 years of work experience in a similar profile This is a full-time position with benefits including food, health insurance, life insurance, and Provident Fund. The work schedule is during the day shift, and there is a performance bonus offered. The work location is in person.,
