As a Technical Lead specializing in Java fullstack (Angular), your role involves designing, testing, and maintaining software programs for operating systems or applications to be deployed at client sites while ensuring they meet 100% quality assurance standards. You will be responsible for designing and developing high-volume, low-latency applications for critical business systems, contributing to all phases of the development lifecycle, and writing efficient code. The role requires working both independently and collaboratively. Key Responsibilities: - Designing and developing high-quality software modules using Java, Spring Boot, Microservices, and Angular. - Performing coding and ensuring optimal software/module development. - Evaluating analysis, requirements, and proposed software to determine operational feasibility. - Developing and automating processes for software validation through test case/scenario design and execution. - Modifying software to enhance performance, fix errors, or adapt to new hardware. - Recommending and planning system installations or modifications based on analysis. - Ensuring error-free code and conducting thorough testing procedures. Additionally, you will be responsible for: - Compiling comprehensive documentation and reports as required. - Coordinating with the team to track project status and progress. - Providing feedback on usability, serviceability, and quality risks. - Capturing client requirements and feedback for continuous improvement. - Participating in training to stay updated on best practices and new technologies. Key Performance Parameters: 1. Continuous Integration, Deployment & Monitoring of Software: Achieve 100% error-free onboarding and implementation, adhere to release plans. 2. Quality & CSAT: Ensure on-time delivery, manage software effectively, troubleshoot queries, and enhance customer experience. 3. MIS & Reporting: Generate MIS reports accurately and on time.
