Role & responsibilities

We are looking for a self-driven and result-oriented Recruiter to own the complete recruitment lifecycle at Enlight Metals. This role is primarily focused on hiring technical non-IT talent across operations, sales, supply chain, quality, and other business functions, including conducting first-round screening video calls and closing offers independently. This role requires someone who is proactive, organized, and comfortable working independently in a remote, fast-paced, high-growth environment

Key Responsibilities

1. End-to-End Recruitment

Own the complete hiring cycle for all open positions. You will be responsible for:

• Understanding hiring requirements from managers and translating them into clear, effective job descriptions.
• Sourcing candidates through job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed), social media, referrals, and internal databases.
• Shortlisting profiles and coordinating interview rounds with hiring managers and technical teams.
• Negotiating compensation, rolling out offers, and following up until candidates join

2. Screening & Candidate Evaluation

Ensure only the right talent moves forward in the process. You will be responsible for:

• Conducting first-round screening video calls to assess technical fit, communication, experience, and cultural alignment.
• Evaluating candidates for technical non-IT roles such as operations, quality, supply chain, procurement, logistics, and sales.
• Verifying experience, notice period, compensation expectations, and relocation or availability constraints.
• Providing a positive and professional candidate experience at every stage.

3. Hiring Roles & Stakeholder Management

Partner closely with business teams to close positions quickly and with quality. You will be responsible for:

• Hiring across Sales & Business Development, Supply Chain & Procurement, Logistics, Quality, Operations, and Compliance.
• Hiring for technical and non-technical roles including engineers, diploma holders, technicians, and supe rvisors.
• Coordinating with hiring managers for feedback, interview scheduling, and timely decisions.
• Reducing offer drop-offs through regular candidate engagement.

4. Reporting & Process Management

Track and report on the performance of all hiring activity. You will be responsible for:

• Maintaining candidate pipelines, trackers, and recruitment databases.
• Tracking key metrics such as time-to-hire, offer acceptance ratio, and source effectiveness.
• Preparing regular hiring reports for management review.
• Continuously improving sourcing channels and the hiring process

Preferred candidate profile

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field (MBA-HR preferred).
• 3-5 years of experience in end-to-end recruitment.
• Experience in manufacturing, metals, engineering, industrial, or trading organizations will be preferred.
• Proven track record of hiring for technical non-IT roles
