About the Role

We are looking for an enthusiastic HR & Recruitment Executive – Fresher / 0–1 year experience to support our growing organization across recruitment, employee coordination, HR operations, onboarding and HR documentation.

The candidate will work closely with management and technical teams to understand manpower requirements, source suitable candidates, conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews and support candidates through the joining process.

This role is particularly suitable for someone who wants to build a career in Technical Recruitment and HR Operations within the semiconductor and technology industry

HR Operations

Assist in day-to-day HR activities including:

• Attendance management
• Leave records
• Employee database
• Employee documentation
• HR letters
• Employee communication
• Joining and exit formalities
• Personnel file maintenance
• HR reports
• Employee engagement activities

6. Employee Engagement

• Support employee engagement initiatives.
• Coordinate birthday / festival / company events.
• Assist in employee feedback collection.
• Help organize training programs.
• Coordinate internal meetings and HR activities.
• Support a positive workplace culture.

7. HR Documentation

Maintain proper records for:

• Employee personal details
• Educational documents
• Experience documents
• ID/address proof
• Offer / appointment documentation
• Attendance
• Leave
• Training
• Performance-related records
• Exit documentation

Confidentiality of employee and company information is mandatory.

Basic Skills Required

• Good communication skills.
• Good spoken and written English.
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Basic MS Excel knowledge.
• MS Word and PowerPoint.
• Good email drafting skills.
• Ability to maintain trackers and records.
• Good follow-up skills.
• Ability to communicate with candidates professionally.

Freshers will be trained on the recruitment tools and processes used by the company.

Candidates from technical/engineering backgrounds who are interested in HR and recruitment may also be considered.
