As we expand, we are looking for an HR Recruiter who will play a critical role in building and scaling our team while strengthening our people processes.

Role Overview

This is a high-impact, hands-on role that combines end-to-end recruitment. You will work closely with founders and functional leaders to attract top talent, streamline hiring processes, and support a strong employee experience.

Key Responsibilities

1. Recruitment & Hiring

• Own the complete recruitment lifecycle across tech, sales, marketing, and support roles
• Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and local networks
• Conduct initial screening and shortlist candidates based on role fit
• Coordinate interviews and manage end-to-end candidate communication
• Partner with founders and hiring managers to understand hiring needs
• Build and strengthen Zylu’s employer brand and hiring culture
• Maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future roles
• Track and report key hiring metrics (TAT, conversion rates, source effectiveness)

2. People Operations & HR Administration

• Manage onboarding and documentation for new hires
• Ensure a smooth joining experience and employee integration
• Support employee engagement and retention initiatives

Candidate Profile

Must-Have

• 3+ years of experience in recruitment and HR operations, preferably in startups or SMBs
• Experience hiring for tech, sales, or support roles
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple roles simultaneously
• Comfortable working closely with founders and cross-functional teams
• Fluent in English and Hindi

Good to Have

• Experience in SaaS or product-based companies
• Exposure to ATS tools and hiring analytics
• Understanding of startup hiring dynamics and fast-paced environment

Pay: ₹300,000.00 - ₹500,000.00 per year
