Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process and support the organization in hiring suitable candidates.

Roles and Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate evaluations.
Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the hiring process.
Negotiate offers and ensure timely joining of selected candidates.
Maintain recruitment trackers and provide regular hiring updates.

Required Skills

Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of sourcing techniques and recruitment portals.
Strong coordination and follow-up skills.
Ability to manage multiple positions and meet hiring targets.
