Location: Velachery, Chennai (On-site)

Role Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic professionals with hands-on recruitment experience who can manage end-to-end hiring independently and thrive in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical roles
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, referrals, and social platforms
Perform resume screening, HR interviews, and candidate assessments
Manage interview coordination and stakeholder communication
Drive offer negotiation and closure
Maintain recruitment trackers, dashboards, and reports
Ensure strong follow-ups and joining conversions

Eligibility Criteria

0 – 1 years of experience in recruitment
Experience in lateral and/or volume hiring
Ability to handle multiple roles independently
Any Graduate (Mandatory)

Preferred Skills

Strong communication and negotiation skills
Good analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience in IT / SaaS / Product-based hiring
Familiarity with ATS tools and recruitment analytics
Result-driven mindset with strong closure skills

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹240,000.00 - ₹450,000.00 per year
