Job Summary:

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the end-to-end recruitment process. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing candidates, screening resumes, conducting initial interviews, coordinating with hiring managers, and ensuring a smooth recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the endtoend recruitment cycle, from job posting to onboarding.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, employee referrals, and other channels.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
• Conduct initial telephonic or virtual interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate databases, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Negotiate salary expectations and coordinate offer rollouts.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience and timely communication.
• Support joining formalities, documentation, and onboarding activities.
• Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future vacancies.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
• Knowledge of recruitment processes and candidate sourcing techniques.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn, and Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines.
• Knowledge of applicant tracking systems (ATS) is an advantage.

Preferred Experience

• Experience in endtoend recruitment or talent acquisition.
• Familiarity with sourcing strategies, interview coordination, and offer management.
• Experience recruiting for relevant industry roles is an added advantage.

Pay: 16k-20k (As per exeperience)
