Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Job Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, WorkIndia, social media, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates based on client requirements.
• Conduct initial HR screening calls and assess communication skills, experience, and salary expectations.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules, selection status, and joining dates.
• Maintain candidate databases and daily recruitment reports.
• Achieve daily sourcing, interview, selection, and joining targets.
• Build a strong candidate pipeline for IT and Non-IT job openings.

Candidate Requirements

• Any graduate or undergraduate with relevant recruitment experience may apply.
• Freshers with good communication and convincing skills may also apply.
• Good communication skills in English and Kannada; Hindi is an advantage.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel, email, WhatsApp, and job portals.
• Ability to work with targets and deadlines.
• Positive attitude, willingness to learn, and strong follow-up skills.

Working Hours

• Monday to Saturday
• 10:00 AM to 6:00 PM
• Sunday weekly off
