Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities, source suitable candidates, coordinate interviews, and ensure timely hiring for various departments, including Production, Design, Sales, and HR.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar and white-collar positions.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, Job Hai, referrals, consultants, and other recruitment channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and department heads.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process and maintain regular communication.
• Manage job postings, candidate databases, and recruitment trackers.
• Coordinate salary discussions, offer releases, and joining formalities.
• Ensure timely closure of open positions as per manpower requirements.
• Maintain daily recruitment MIS, interview schedules, and joining reports.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.
• Coordinate with candidates regarding documentation, confirmation of joining, and follow-ups.
• Support onboarding activities and ensure a smooth joining experience for new employees.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in recruitment or talent acquisition preferred.
• Experience using job portals such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and Job Hai will be an advantage.
• Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet recruitment deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Excel and basic recruitment MIS reporting.
• Strong follow-up skills and a result-oriented approach.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Experience in manufacturing, furniture, or Retail Interior Design recruitment will be preferred.
• Ability to handle both technical and non-technical hiring.
• Immediate joiners or candidates with a short notice period are preferred.
