Role & Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for domestic and international power plant projects.
• Handle bulk hiring for site-based and project-specific requirements.
• Source and recruit technical professionals for power plant Operations & Maintenance (O&M) projects.
• Screen resumes, coordinate interviews, and manage candidate follow-ups.
• Ensure timely fulfilment of manpower requirements across multiple project locations.

Preferred Candidate Profile

• Candidates with good Hindi communication skills are preferred.
• Experience in power plant recruitment, bulk hiring, and technical recruitment will be an added advantage.
• Ability to coordinate with site teams, project managers, and candidates across domestic and international locations.

Pay: Up to ₹30,000.00 per month
