Role: HR Recruiter – End-to-End Recruitment

Job Summary We are looking for a proactive and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage the complete recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing candidates to onboarding, ensuring timely closure of open positions across the organization.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for various positions, including real estate sales and non-sales roles.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes, conduct initial HR interviews, and assess candidate suitability.
Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and follow up with candidates throughout the selection process.
Negotiate salary packages, release offer letters, and ensure timely joining.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
Ensure regular follow-ups with selected candidates to minimize offer dropouts and no-shows.
Coordinate pre-joining formalities, document collection, and employee onboarding. Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies.
Requirements Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, or a related field.
Experience in end-to-end recruitment; real estate recruitment experience will be preferred.
Good communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to manage multiple vacancies and meet hiring deadlines, Proficiency in job portals, MS Excel, and recruitment tracking.

Preferred Experience: 1–3 years in recruitment.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
