non-IT hiring

The recruiter should also be capable of supporting IT and technical hiring whenever required.

This is a high-ownership role for someone who enjoys sourcing candidates, talking to people, moving fast, and closing positions—not just coordinating interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment from sourcing to joining.
• Hire for roles such as:
  
• Regional Sales Managers
• Area Sales Managers
• Business Development Executives
• Field Sales Executives
• Operations and Customer Support
• Product Support / SMEs
• Accountants and back-office roles
• HR and administration roles
• Software engineers and other technical positions when required
• Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, referrals, job portals, WhatsApp groups, and other relevant channels.
• Conduct initial screening calls and evaluate candidate fit, communication, stability, salary expectations, notice period, and location.
• Coordinate interviews with hiring managers and leadership.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines for frequently hired roles.
• Follow up aggressively with shortlisted candidates and reduce offer drop-offs.
• Support salary discussions, offer rollout, documentation, and joining coordination.
• Build strong local hiring networks across Telangana and Andhra Pradesh.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, hiring reports, and turnaround-time metrics.
• Support onboarding and basic HR operations when required.

What We Are Looking For:

• 2–5 years of hands-on recruitment experience.
• Strong experience in

  non-IT hiring

  , particularly sales, field sales, operations, or customer-facing roles.
• Experience hiring candidates across multiple cities or territories is preferred.
• Good sourcing skills on Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment channels.
• Ability to handle high-volume hiring as well as senior positions.
• Comfortable directly speaking with candidates and continuously following up until joining.
• Good understanding of salary negotiation, notice periods, offer management, and candidate closures.
• Good communication skills in English and Telugu.
• Strong ownership, urgency, and follow-through.
• Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.

Preferred:

• Experience hiring for pharma, healthcare, SaaS, retail, FMCG, or field-sales organisations.
• Experience recruiting RSMs, ASMs, BDEs, customer support, and operations teams.
• Exposure to IT or software hiring.
• Existing candidate network across Hyderabad, Telangana, or Andhra Pradesh.

Important:

This is not a coordination-only HR role.

The role will initially be heavily focused on recruitment and may gradually expand into broader HR responsibilities based on performance and interest.
