SALARY CRITERIA 25K TO 35K PER MONTH

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Manager to manage end-to-end HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, payroll coordination, HR policies, and statutory compliance.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment, selection, and onboarding.
Handle HR operations, attendance, leave management, and employee records.
Coordinate payroll processing, compensation, and employee benefits.
Manage employee relations, grievance handling, and disciplinary matters.
Ensure compliance with applicable labour laws, statutory requirements, and HR policies.
Handle performance management, appraisals, and employee engagement activities.
Develop and implement HR policies, procedures, and processes.
Manage employee training, development, and retention initiatives.
Coordinate with management on workforce planning and HR strategies.
Supervise the HR team and ensure smooth day-to-day HR operations.

Required Skills

Strong communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Good knowledge of labour laws and statutory compliance.
Excellent recruitment, negotiation, and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in MS Excel, HRMS, and HR documentation.
Ability to handle confidential information and manage multiple priorities.
