Prudence Vision (Recruitment Consultancy)

We are seeking an energetic, detail-oriented Junior Recruiter to join our growing team. In this role, you will get hands-on experience with the entire recruitment lifecycle, from sourcing passive candidates to managing initial screenings. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to jumpstart a career in Human Resources, Recruitment, or People Operations.

Day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing talent: Utilize job boards, social media platforms (like LinkedIn), and professional networks to find qualified candidates for open positions.
2. Resume screening: Review inbound applications against job descriptions to identify the best-fit talent.3. Candidate coordination: Schedule interviews, coordinate calendars between candidates and hiring managers, and send out follow-up correspondence.4. Initial screenings: Conduct brief phone or video screenings to evaluate candidate communication skills, basic qualifications, and alignment with company culture.5. Database management: Keep our Applicant Tracking System (ATS) accurate and up to date with candidate notes and status updates.6. Employer branding: Assist in creating engaging job postings and marketing materials to attract top talent.
