HR Recruiter

About the Role

Proficient Peoplecraft Pvt Ltd is looking for an organised and proactive HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment for clients across different industries. The role involves understanding hiring requirements, sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews and following up through offer acceptance and joining.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand client hiring requirements, job descriptions, salary budgets and timelines.
• Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, social media, referrals and internal databases.
• Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess suitability, communication, salary expectations and availability.
• Share shortlisted profiles with accurate screening notes.
• Coordinate interviews, confirm candidate attendance and collect feedback.
• Keep candidates informed throughout the selection process.
• Support salary discussions and offer coordination within approved budgets.
• Follow up with selected candidates until joining and conduct post-joining check-ins.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases and daily progress updates.
• Work towards agreed targets for suitable profile submissions, interviews and successful joinings.
• Maintain confidentiality of candidate and client information.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Graduate in any discipline; an HR qualification is an advantage.
• 2–3 years of recruitment experience.
• Strong communication, candidate screening and follow-up skills.
• Ability to manage multiple vacancies, prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
• Working knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets, email and online meeting tools.
• Familiarity with job portals, LinkedIn and candidate sourcing methods.
• Recruitment consultancy experience and exposure to IT or non-IT hiring are preferred.
• A responsible, target-oriented approach and willingness to learn.
