Salary: Rs 10,000 - Rs 15,000 per month

Job Summary

The Blox Preschool is looking for a dynamic and enthusiastic HR Recruiter to join our team. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening and hiring qualified candidates for teaching, non-teaching and administrative positions. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, strong interpersonal abilities and a passion for building a talented workforce.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment cycle from sourcing to onboarding.

- Post job openings on job portals and social media platforms.

- Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.

- Conduct telephonic and initial HR interviews.

- Schedule interviews with management and department heads.

- Coordinate with candidates throughout the hiring process.

- Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.

- Prepare offer letters and assist with joining formalities.

- Build a pipeline of quality candidates for future vacancies.

- Coordinate employee onboarding and induction.

- Support HR documentation and other HR-related activities as required.

Requirements

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in recruitment or HR.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good knowledge of MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

- Familiarity with job portals and social media recruitment.

- Strong organisational and time-management skills.

- Positive attitude and ability to work independently.

Preferred Skills

- Experience in school or educational institution recruitment will be an added advantage.

- Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to handle multiple hiring requirements simultaneously.
