Job Opening – Recruiter

Position: Recruiter / HR Recruiter
Location: Sector 132, Noida, Uttar Pradesh
Industry: Construction / Infrastructure
Employment Type: Full-Time | Work from Office

Key Responsibilities

Handle end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen CVs and conduct initial HR screening calls.
Understand manpower requirements and source candidates as per job specifications.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with Department Heads and Management.
Maintain regular follow-ups with shortlisted and selected candidates.
Handle salary discussions, offer coordination, and joining follow-ups.
Maintain recruitment trackers and prepare regular hiring status reports.
Build and maintain a strong candidate database for current and future requirements.
Support bulk and project-based hiring for construction sites when required.
Ensure positions are closed within the required timelines.

Candidate Requirements

Graduate/MBA in HR or relevant qualification.
2–4 years of experience in Recruitment/Talent Acquisition.
Experience in Construction/Infrastructure recruitment will be preferred.
Good knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn and other sourcing platforms.
Strong candidate sourcing and screening skills.
Good communication, negotiation, and coordination skills.
Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.
Immediate or early joiners will be preferred.

Work Location: Sector 132, Noida – In Person

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
