Job Description

We are looking for an enthusiastic, confident, and result-oriented HR Recruiter to join our HR team. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication skills, basic recruitment experience, and the ability to manage multiple hiring requirements.

The role involves 80% Recruitment and 20% HR Operations.

Key Responsibilities – Recruitment (80%)

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for multiple positions.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Conduct candidate calling, screening, and initial HR interviews.
• Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
• Maintain candidate pipelines and recruitment trackers.
• Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates.
• Manage offer coordination, joining formalities, and timely closure of vacancies.

HR Operations (20%)

• Assist with employee onboarding and documentation.
• Maintain employee records and HR databases.
• Support attendance, leave management, and daily HR activities.

Requirements

• MBA qualification is mandatory.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in recruitment.
• Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good knowledge of recruitment portals and MS Excel.
• Strong coordination and multitasking skills.
• Confident, proactive, and target-oriented personality.
• Immediate joiners will be given preference.
