Job Overview As a Junior HR Recruiter at Gamut HR Solutions, you will play a key role in identifying and attracting top talent for our clients in the manufacturing industry. This full-time position is based in Hyderabad and requires candidates with 1 to 3 years of work experience in recruitment. You will be responsible for managing the recruitment process from sourcing to onboarding, ensuring a seamless experience for candidates and clients. Qualifications and Skills Expertise in utilizing applicant tracking systems to streamline and manage candidate lifecycle (Mandatory skill). Proven ability in candidate screening, ensuring only the most qualified individuals are shortlisted for consideration (Mandatory skill). Experience in industry-specific talent pipelining to maintain a robust pool of potential candidates (Mandatory skill). Proficiency in using LinkedIn Recruiter for sourcing and engaging with potential candidates effectively. Skill in executing advanced search techniques, including Boolean search, to identify suitable candidates. Ability to leverage data-driven recruitment strategies to enhance hiring outcomes and reduce time-to-fill. Strong negotiation skills for effectively communicating offers and ensuring candidate buy-in. Experience in managing the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition for new hires. Roles and Responsibilities Source, recruit, and identify qualified candidates for various roles within the manufacturing industry. Coordinate and conduct applicant interviews to evaluate skill sets and align them with client needs. Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate and timely candidate information. Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their hiring needs and requirements. Create and implement effective sourcing strategies to identify and attract high-potential candidates. Conduct reference checks and background verifications to ensure candidate suitability. Prepare and present job offers to selected candidates, negotiating terms where necessary. Support the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless transition for new hires into their roles.
