About the Role:
LDS Infotech is looking for a dynamic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities across technical and non-technical functions. The ideal candidate should have strong sourcing capabilities, excellent stakeholder management skills, and the ability to close positions within defined timelines while ensuring an excellent candidate’s experience.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Recruitment & Talent Acquisition
· Handle complete recruitment lifecycle from requirement gathering to candidate onboarding.
· Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, consultancies, social media, and internal databases.
· Screen resumes and conduct HR interviews to assess candidate suitability.
· Coordinate technical and management interview rounds.
· Schedule and manage interviews while ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
· Maintain a healthy talent pipeline for current and future hiring requirements.
2. Recruitment Coordination:
· Track candidate progress at every stage of the recruitment cycle.
· Ensure timely follow-up with candidates to minimize dropouts and offer declines.
· Share interview feedback with candidates and internal stakeholders.
· Coordinate joining documentation and pre-joining engagement.
3. Recruitment Operations:
· Maintain candidate trackers, recruitment MIS, interview schedules, and hiring reports.
· Ensure all recruitment documentation is complete and accurately maintained.
· Prepare weekly and monthly recruitment status reports and submit them on time to Reporting Manager.
· Maintain recruitment databases and candidate records.
Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
