Job Description

We are looking for enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiters to join our team for lateral hiring. The ideal candidates should have prior experience in recruitment, good communication skills, and the ability to source and screen candidates through various recruitment channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for lateral hiring.
• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, and recruitment vendors.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates according to job requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and assess communication skills.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring teams.
• Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Maintain candidate databases and update recruitment trackers.
• Ensure timely completion of hiring requirements.

Requirements

• Minimum 6 months of experience in HR recruitment, preferably in a BPO or recruitment consultancy.
• Knowledge of sourcing candidates through job portals and vendors.
• Good verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong coordination and candidate management skills.
• Ability to work in a target-oriented recruitment environment.

Salary and Benefits

• Monthly in-hand salary of ₹18,000–₹24,000, based on relevant experience and skills.
