HR Recruiter Intern

Key Responsibilities

• Source candidates through Naukri, Indeed, WorkIndia, LinkedIn, and other job portals.
• Screen resumes and shortlist candidates as per job requirements.
• Contact candidates to discuss job opportunities and conduct initial screening.
• Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining status.
• Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and interview schedules.
• Assist in preparing job postings and updating recruitment records.
• Support the HR team in campus recruitment, walk-in interviews, and other hiring activities.
• Assist with candidate documentation and joining formalities.
• Perform other HR-related tasks as assigned by the HR Manager.

Eligibility Criteria

• Pursuing or recently completed a degree in HR, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Freshers are welcome to apply.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel and MS Office.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Willingness to learn and work in a target-oriented environment.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
