Job Description: CtrlA Works is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented HR Recruiter Intern to join our team. This internship provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in recruitment and administrative HR functions within a fast-paced corporate environment. The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, a proactive attitude, and a keen interest in learning recruitment processes and organizational operations. Roles and Responsibilities: Post job openings on various job portals and social media platforms Screen and filter resumes based on job requirements Schedule and coordinate interviews with shortlisted candidates Conduct regular follow-ups with candidates and interviewers Assist in preparing and releasing onboarding documents and offer letters Support administrative activities and maintain recruitment records Maintain databases and support the HR team in day-to-day tasks Requirements: Good communication and interpersonal skills Basic understanding of recruitment processes Proficient in MS Office tools and email communication Ability to multi-task and meet deadlines Eagerness to learn and contribute to the HR team Must be available to work from the office in Ameerpet, Hyderabad Must have a personal laptop for work This internship is a great opportunity for candidates looking to start their career in HR and recruitment , while gaining practical exposure in a professional environment .
