Job Title: HR Executive – Healthcare Recruitment

Job Description:

Handle end-to-end recruitment for doctors, nurses, paramedical staff, and hospital administrative positions.
Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, and other recruitment portals.
Screen CVs, conduct initial candidate discussions, and coordinate interviews with HODs.
Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback, salary negotiations, and joining formalities.
Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and daily hiring reports.
Coordinate with department heads to understand manpower requirements.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.

Required Candidate Profile:

Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred.
3–5 years of experience in healthcare or hospital recruitment.
Good knowledge of doctor, nursing, and hospital staff hiring.
Strong communication, coordination, and negotiation skills.
Proficiency in MS Excel and recruitment portals.

Preferred Candidate: Candidates with prior experience in a multispecialty hospital will be preferred.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹31,000.00 per month
