Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented HR Recruiter with 2–3 years of experience in both IT and Non-IT recruitment. The ideal candidate must have an MBA in HR, be currently based in Hyderabad, and be available to join immediately.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for IT and Non-IT positions.
Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, and other recruitment channels.
Screen resumes and conduct initial candidate assessments.
Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.
Ensure timely closure of open positions.
Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Qualifications and Skills

MBA in HR is mandatory.
2–3 years of relevant recruitment experience.
Experience in both IT and Non-IT hiring is required.
Candidates must be currently residing in Hyderabad.
Immediate joiners only.
Good communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
Ability to work in a target-driven environment.
Willingness to work on-site at Prakash Nagar, Begumpet, Hyderabad.
