Job Description

  • Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other recruitment channels.
  • Contact candidates regarding available job openings.
  • Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
  • Conduct initial telephonic interviews.
  • Explain job profiles, salary packages, and interview procedures to candidates.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate with hiring managers.
  • Follow up with candidates regarding interview feedback and joining.
  • Maintain candidate databases and recruitment records.
  • Support the HR team in daily recruitment activities.

Pay: ₹9,400.00 - ₹21,000.00 per month
