We are looking for enthusiastic and motivated freshers to join our recruitment team as Remote HR Recruiters. This is a great opportunity for candidates who are interested in starting their career in HR and recruitment. Training and guidance will be provided to help you learn the recruitment process.

Key Responsibilities

• Understand job requirements and candidate profiles.
• Source candidates through job portals, social media, and other platforms.
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates.
• Contact candidates and explain job opportunities.
• Coordinate interviews between candidates and clients.
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview schedules and feedback.
• Maintain candidate details and recruitment trackers.
• Support the team in achieving hiring targets.

Required Skills

• Good communication skills in English.
• Basic computer knowledge.
• Willingness to learn recruitment and talent acquisition.
• Good coordination and follow-up skills.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently from home.
• Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is an advantage.
